Corrections
If a fee, limit, licence or date in a review is wrong, tell us which review and what you saw, with a link to the source if you have one. We check it against the provider's own documents, fix the review and add a note at the end of it.
Providers
Exchanges, wallet makers and tool providers are welcome to send factual corrections. We do not accept payment for reviews or for a place in the ranking, we do not share drafts before publication, and we do not change a score on request.
What we cannot help with
We cannot help recover funds, unlock an account or act on your behalf with a provider, and we cannot give personal financial advice. For a problem with an account, contact the provider's support team and, if that fails, the regulator or ombudsman where you live.
Never send us a seed phrase, private key, password or a photo of an identity document. Nobody from Mintgauge will ask for one.
